Understanding The Generations

The term Millennials basically means anyone under 35. That’s a pretty broad blanket to throw over them but for the sake of keeping this simplistic – it works. There’s huge gaps between the generations, and understanding those gaps is the first step to understanding each generation, from the Traditionalists, the Boomers, the Gen Xers and now the Millennials – and of course, the following generation. Understanding each other is the key to harmonious home and work lives, and respecting differences will ensure we learn from each other.
